toefl IBT score over phone

Hi People,

I have given a TOEFL exam on Feb 7 2010. According to the wesite the scores should have been posted on my toefl account on Feb 19 2010, but that's not done yet. Also is there a way to get these scores over phone? whats the phone number? and is it charged? I know that for PBT test telephonic scores are charged, is it same with IBT?
